You have to complete 3 steps in every module. First, you need to schedule a time for your role-play session where you will meet your Coach. We recommend you to book as soon as you start every module.
Then, you will learn about a specific business communication skill with bite-sized 5 minute micro-lessons. This part will take you about 90 minutes (around 20 minutes each day). You need to complete all of your lessons before you meet your Coach.
Finally, you will practice the business communication skill in the role-play, facilitated by your Coach. This part will take you about 30 minutes in all modules.
