I’m having trouble connecting to the role-play session using the Excedo app

Please check the following settings:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Excedo app
  • Make sure that Excedo has access to your camera and microphone.
  • Make sure your mobile device isn’t in silent mode.

If you are still having problems please:

  • Turn off your smartphone for at least 30 seconds, then restart it

If you still have trouble connecting to the role-play session, please ask Riku for help. You can also contact us by shaking your phone or tapping the support option in the menu.
